project overview
RoleCall is a role-based communication system designed with the healthcare industry in mind. The main task is to focus on usability and efficiency. This platform will address some of the current communication challenges in healthcare by helping staff connect quickly and efficiently with the right on call personnel. Instead of contacting specific individuals, users contact a role within the hospital, ensuring the right person is reached instead of trying to guess which person is on-call at that exact time.

By addressing the lack of an effective communication system, RoleCall aims to improve hospital coordination across teams, and breach the gap for avoidable mistakes. We seek to improve and ensure patients receive timely care by providing a reliable and easy to access solution for hospital staff. Two main user roles will be created for this project. hospital staff, and admins that will have the ability to grant access and arrange their department.
