Nancy Villaseñor is a young and emerging real estate agent based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. In an industry that is highly competitive and often oversaturated, establishing a strong and recognizable personal brand was essential to set her apart from other agents. The primary objectives were to convey trust, accessibility, modernity, and professionalism while breaking away from the conventional aesthetics and color schemes commonly associated with real estate branding. While maintaining a professional appearance, the goal was to avoid a dull or overly corporate feel. Instead, we focused on appealing to a younger demographic—individuals looking to purchase their first or second home. To achieve this, we combined classic and elegant typography with vibrant, youthful colors and dynamic graphic elements.
